Terms & conditions


PRICING POLICY

Camelot Horse Rugs reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice, You will be notified if there is a price change prior to dispatch and invoicing.

PAYMENT METHODS

Full payment is required before goods are despatched.

We accept:

  • Paypal ( Visa, Mastercard)

  • Direct Deposit

  • Account No: 2533 63336Money Order (made payable to 'Camelot Horse Rugs')
  • Personal Cheque (made payable to 'Camelot Horse Rugs')

  • Business Cheque (made payable to 'Camelot Horse Rugs')

No orders will be dispatched until cheque(s) are cleared. 20% Deposit is required for special orders.

DELIVERY

Please allow  2- 14 days  for delivery, any orders taking longer you will be notified of a delivery date, Camelot Horse Rugs will make all efforts to  keep delivery times to a minimum. Delivery is by Australia Post.

FREIGHT CHARGES

Flat rate any where in Australia is $22.00 (includes GST) per order. Except for bulk orders, we will notify you of additional charges before dispatch and invoicing goods. COD  charges are extra.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Camelot Horse Rugs for any reason we will give a full refund (except freight charges already paid) provided that the goods are:

  1. Unused, undamaged and are able to be re sold and are in original condition. We suggest you put a sheet under the rug when trying on to keep it clean . We will not accept rugs returned with dirt, grass stains, hair, or stable bedding.

  2. No refunds on orders with embroidery, we will attempt to correct any problems should they arise.

  3. All returns must be notified within 7 days of invoice date, Please contact  us before returning goods to receive a RETURN ORDER NUMBER. We will not accept returns that have  no return order number. Return freight  costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, unless in the case the goods are faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

  4. If the goods are damaged in transit we will pay for the return however packaging, a copy of the original  invoice ,date of delivery and Return order number must accompany goods. The damaged item will be replaced with another identical item (no freight charges).

  5. Camelot Horse Rugs reserves the right to refuse returns  if the reason for the return is considered fraudulent,  unreasonable, frivolous.
